Anaphase Technology was founded in 2002 by

Yeo Thian Kee, Francis when he left the employment of Hutchison Telecoms International. Francis has over 25 years of practical experience in the design, implementation, customization, and management of Telecommunication and IT integration projects. Armed with this experience, he has successfully lead business and technical team in the implementation of major projects for more than 20 sites locally and overseas during his employment with Singapore Telecoms, Singapore Computer System (ST Computers), Diversitec Distributors, Horizon and Hutchison Telecommunication International Limited. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computing and Information System from the University of London, an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from NCC (UK) and also a Full Technological Certificate in Telecommunication Engineering from City and Guilds London.
